This website hosts the online store of the company LSL Pharma (hereinafter the "company" or "LSL Pharma"), based in the Industrial Area of Florina, P.C. 53100 and G.E.MI 145704936000, through which the company supplies medicines and products aimed at pharmacies and wholesale pharmacies (B2B).
LSL Pharma is a member of the RGCC Group and is active in the marketing, distribution and promotion of medicines, as well as other products related to the field of pharmacy, meeting the modern needs of pharmacies for personalized service, having sophisticated resources and a customer-centric approach. By providing the most modern solutions in the electronic transmission of orders, it contributes as your valuable partner to the optimization of the operation of pharmacies with the ultimate benefit for their customers and local communities as a whole.
We invite you to read carefully the following terms, which form a single entity with the terms of order, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy before entering LSL Pharma and making use of its services.
Your use and browsing of our website imply your express and unreserved consent to these terms.
2. Order Methods & Order History
You can order medicines and pharmacy products in the following two ways:
1. Online through our online platform, adding the products to the shopping cart through our online store, selecting the characteristic icon at any time that serves you best
2. By phone by calling the LSL Pharma sales department on +3023850 41930 from Monday to Friday and hours 09:00 a.m. until 16:00 p.m.
Whichever order method you choose, you will be able to track useful information regarding your orders as a whole through your personal Account in our online store and the Order History section, such as:
a) real-time inventory control
b) automatic updating of invoices
c) full control of the balance sheet
d) the order history in detail
Upon the confirmation of your order, a contract of sale between you and LSL Pharma will be formed and governed by the present Terms and the relevant statutory provisions. For this reason, every time you send an order request to our company you must first have accepted the "Terms and Conditions", which govern the transactions between us in their entirety.
For our part, we are at your disposal at any time during the electronic transmission of your order to serve you in the best way possible for any issue concerning the order, its shipment, its transport and its delivery to your pharmacy.
3. B2B online ordering platform - Expression of interest form
Your registration on our website is necessary in order to be able to log in as a pharmacist in the online ordering system. The relevant fields of the form are mandatory.
For your registration you will need to verify your details by presenting the necessary legal documents. LSL Pharma may request the receipt of additional documents (such as a professional practice license, etc.) in order to ensure quality operating standards.
Registration is free, personal, non- transferable and non-assignable.
Your request for registration should be made by you as long as you are the owner of the pharmacy and responsible for complying with tax and any procurement regulations or the wholesale pharmacy, as well as by your legal representative in case the registration is carried out on behalf of a company. The legal representative declares responsibly during registration that he represents the company and may carry out transactions in its name and on its behalf. The information entered during your registration must be complete, true and up-to-date. In case of registration of a legal entity as a user, the name of the contact person in charge must be mentioned as well as the full name of the legal entity. In the event of a change of information, you must immediately inform LSL Pharma in order this information to be complete and true.
LSL Pharma has the right at its discretion to refuse the registration application for the use of the services or the execution of transactions through its online platform especially in cases of violations of the legislation or non-compliance with the obligations on the part of the pharmacy.
4. Login to your personal account
Logging in to your personal account is done by using the phone number you provided during registration or your email and password.
5. Information Provided
LSL Pharma makes every effort to provide high quality services. For this purpose, it employs only specialized and well-trained personnel. The information provided by LSL Pharma regarding the company and the products is true and valid and it is constantly updated, without prejudice to any inadvertent technical errors. Nevertheless, cases of typographical errors, unintentional errors in product prices cannot be excluded and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or "human" errors and accidental errors during its updating.
6. Products
All product prices are listed in Euros and include the relevant VAT, while any transport costs calculated at the time of the order are not included. For any additional charges that may be incurred you will be informed by email.
Especially for the regions of Florina, Kozani, Kastoria, Pella, Imathia and Grevena no transport costs are charged.
The company may freely formulate its pricing policy, the type of offers or the amount of discounts, as well as choose at its discretion the products available for sale, adding new ones or removing existing ones from its catalogs, at its absolute discretion, without the obligation of prior information or obtaining consent.
The e-shop reflects the availability of our products, however a product shown in the catalog may not be available before the order completion stage.
If, for any reason, it is found that there is an unforeseen shortage of any of the products you ordered, then our company will make every effort to contact you either by sending a message to the e-mail address that you have notified us either by direct telephone contact with you through its representative (or in all the above ways) in order to consult with you about any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.
Our products are available for business use only (B2B).
7. Distribution and delivery of products
LSL Pharma informs in advance by telephone about the specific date of delivery of the products.
LSL Pharma has its own vehicles for distribution in Western Macedonia, while at the same time it cooperates with reliable and selected transport companies for the geographical coverage of the rest of Greece. The itineraries are carried out daily ensuring through excellent planning the maximum stability in delivery and therefore the best organization of the pharmacies.
Product deliveries are made only within working days and working hours.
Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, and upon delivery the risk is transferred to the buyer in accordance with article 524 of the Civil Code. Likewise, due to the nature of the products, we do not accept responsibility for any spoilage in case the products are not received on the day of delivery through your fault after the first delivery attempt.
8. Limitation of Liability-Indemnification
LSL Pharma guarantees the safe operation of its website as well as timely information to users about product availability. LSL Pharma is not responsible for any technical problems experienced by pharmacist users when accessing and browsing the website due solely to the operation or compatibility of their equipment.
LSL Pharma also reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice or justification, to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of its website for as long as it deems necessary.
In any case, however, and as long as any possible damage is due to proven negligence of the company, the company is only responsible for covering any positive damage that originates and is directly related to the damaging event and the negligence of the company.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, excluding the logos and marks of our suppliers, including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, services and products provided, consist the intellectual property of LSL Pharma or third-party suppliers and partners and they are protected under the relevant provisions of the Greek law, European law and international conventions.
Any copying, analog or digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of a derivative or misleading the public about the real provider of the content of the websites is prohibited. Any reproduction, republishing, uploading, publication, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any manner or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of LSL Pharma or any other legal beneficiary of the above intellectual and industrial property rights. The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing LSL Pharma and/or its online store and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services are the exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of LSL Pharma or of the above third parties and they are protected by Greek, EU and international trademark and industrial and intellectual property laws. We have exclusive rights to our company's domain name and all trademarks appearing on our website are duly protected by law.
10. User Responsibility
The users and visitors of this website have the obligation to respect the rules of Greek and International law, as well as morality and good faith and to refrain from any abusive and unfair behavior.
It is prohibited to use this website to send, publish, transmit any illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory, pornographic content, as well as content that declares racial or other unfair discrimination, or may cause any harm to third parties.
It also prohibited any action or omission that contains viruses, malicious software that may cause loss of confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data, interruption, damage or obstruction of the operation of any software, or cause damage to the reputation of the Company, its partners or/ and other users of the website or illegal access for the purpose of unfair competition, any Software piracy, hacking, copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, including content (photos, graphics, texts, etc.) of the website, or obstructing its operation, as well as any illegal and unauthorized modification of its content.

12. Cancellation of order
The cancellation of the electronic order can be done in the following cases
depending on the stage at which it is:
Before completing the order, during the online ordering process you can select the
"back" symbol and remove the product quantities from your cart by pressing the
"remove" button.
If the order has been completed in any way but has not yet been
shipped you can call us immediately and/or contact via email and we will take care
of canceling your order.
In case your order has already been invoiced and delivered and you wish to cancel it,
you can call us or contact via email and we will take care of canceling your order.
13. Return-Replacement of Products
Due to the nature and specificity of medicines and products intended for pharmacies, any returns are accepted subject to conditions and after prior consultation of the return process with LSL Pharma support advisors.
14. Product recall
LSL Pharma takes every care to inform you immediately and in a timely manner of any withdrawal of medicines or pharmaceutical products following a decision by the competent authorities, as well as of the withdrawal procedure.
15. Modification of Terms
LSL Pharma reserves the right to unilaterally modify the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, undertaking the obligation to inform of any modifications through this website.
Amendments do not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed in accordance with these terms.
16. Other terms
In the event that a term is judged to be abusive or invalidated, this does not affect the other terms that are still valid and binding on the parties.
Any delay by the parties in exercising part or all of the rights deriving from these conditions does not entail a weakening or waiver of said right which may be exercised at any time at a later stage and at the reasonable discretion of the beneficiary.
17. Dispute Resolution - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. For any
dispute in relation to these Terms, the parties agree that they will endeavor to
resolve amicably in a spirit of mutual respect by resorting to an out-of-court
mechanism of resolve any dispute, such as Mediation.
In the event that an amicable
resolution of the dispute is not possible, the Courts of Florina are exclusively
competent for the resolution, to whose jurisdiction the parties voluntarily submit.
